Return /Refund Policy

Clothing items, jewelry,  home goods , hats, beanies, tote bags, posters, bookbags, cellphone cases, mugs, and blankets can be refunded but must be in the same condition when you bought the item(s).

Exchange or store credit for shoes only.

All other products are FINAL sales.

All SALE items are final sales and are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, with no exceptions.

Shoes must be returned within 10 days of receipt with the original packaging. However, they must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. All orders that are not returned within 10 days are final sales. If shoes are not returned in the original state they were received, no exchange or store credit will be honored.

The buyer is responsible for shipping fees to return the shoes to us. We will pay for shipping if there is an error on our part. (Example): ( The Wrong size or product received and or defective merchandise upon arrival.) You will be emailed a shipping label to return the shoes to us.

Please ship the shoes back in a shipping bag or box. Do not ship the shoebox back with postage or tape on it. Any shoeboxes returned with tape will be charged a 20% restocking fee, no exceptions. Please note that store credit will be given minus the original shipping cost, any discounts fees, and taxes that were applied.

Once store credit is issued, you will be emailed a code or a gift card voucher to use. You have 1 year to use the code or voucher before it expires. Please contact us by email to submit a request to return your shoes @ cupidsarrowshoes@gmail.com
